This course introduces newcomers to ChatGPT and demonstrates how to use it effectively for real-world tasks. Using safe test data, participants will explore ChatGPT’s strengths, constraints, and practical applications across different roles and scenarios. You will learn how ChatGPT supports problem-solving, drafting, analysis, and creative work, while also recognising where human oversight remains essential. Through guided exercises, you’ll build confidence in integrating ChatGPT into everyday workflows and learn how to assess its outputs for accuracy, relevance, and compliance.

At the end of the course, participants will also create a structured report generated by ChatGPT using the provided test data, ready for sharing with colleagues or stakeholders.
