Southampton Hate Crime Network
GO! Southampton is a member of the Southampton Hate Crime Network (Spectrum), a network partnership of over 40 organisations that work together to provide support for Hate Crime victims and helps to raise awareness across the city.
If you want to find out more about the network go to the Spectrum website here. You will be able to find information on what Hate Crime is, the work that is being done to raise awareness, and how to report a Hate Crime through the ‘Love Don’t Hate’ app that links you to the nearest Third Party Crime Reporting Centre in Southampton.

Anti-slavery organisations Shiva Foundation and STOP THE TRAFFIK have come together to help mitigate the risks of exploitation for SMEs by launching a toolkit that includes self-assessments, practical steps to protect employees and guidance on reporting modern slavery concerns.

As an employer, if a crime has occurred you need to report it to the police.
The Police and Crime Commissioner’s team have worked with Enterprise Ltd and other local community safety partners to develop a series of hate crime guides for businesses, which contain specific advice for organisations, managers, and employees.
