Deputy Manager (Full Time) - Turtle Bay
Turtle Bay is recruiting a full-time Deputy Manager for its restaurant on Guildhall Square in Southampton city centre.
About the role: The Deputy Manager supports the General Manager in leading the team and running a smooth operation, from hosting and managing shifts to training team members and driving performance. The advert looks for a confident, people-first leader with a passion for hospitality.
Pay: Up to £36,000 per annum (inclusive of tronc)
