Centre Manager (Full Time)

About the role: Permanent General/Centre Manager running the Southampton bowling centre across bar, diner, amusements and bowling. Fully accountable for budget, KPIs and profit, and for coaching and leading the team.

Pay: £41,000 – £45,000 per annum

Deputy Manager (Full Time)

About the role: Deputy Manager on a 40-hour contract, taking accountability for the centre in the General Manager’s absence. Trained across all areas of the centre, with a development path to General Manager within 12-18 months. Includes a monthly bonus scheme and centre outperformance bonus.

Pay: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum
