No Limits is an award-winning, local, independent charity providing a unique combination of prevention, early intervention and crisis support to young people, based on a nationally evidenced model. We provide information, advice, counselling and support through a range of services available ‘under one roof’.

We meet the needs of the most deprived, vulnerable and isolated young people who often don’t access mainstream services.  By supporting across a wide range of issues including sexual health, relationships, mental health, housing, debt and employment, we support young people through the transition from adolescence to adulthood, often helping them climb out of, or avoid, social exclusion.

No Limits is a rewarding, supportive and vibrant place to work and volunteer. We have three types of opportunity available – paid jobs, volunteering and student placements.

Every role in our organisation is really important to helping us run and support thousands of children and young people each year. All the staff, volunteers and students who give their time are passionate about helping those who need it.

Paid and voluntary roles range from a few hours a week, up to full time at 37 hours, and are based in several locations across Hampshire, Southampton, Portsmouth, the Isle of Wight and Dorset.
