BID members are warmly invited to attend GO! Southampton’s 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM provides an opportunity to hear how your Business Improvement District (BID) progressed in the sixth year, review the company’s audited accounts, network and elect directors to the board.

Only registered members of the BID will be able to vote. We will respond to all registrations to confirm if you are a registered member, and what to do if you are not. Members have the right to appoint a proxy of their choice.

Location: GO! Southampton office, Network Eagle Lab, Portland Terrace, Southampton SO14 7SJ

The event will begin with the AGM in which we will reflect on the previous financial year (21/22), look ahead to 23/24 and vote on any new board directors. We will then hear from:

• Caroline French, Manager Director of W.J French & Son
• Claire Whitaker CBE, CEO of Southampton Culture Trust

After the formalities there will be food supplied by Kwackers and drinks supplied by Bubbleology. There will be time to network with one another and speak with the BID team.
