Expected Starting Date: February 2024
Interviews will be held between: 23rd to 25th January

• Living Wage Foundation Employer.
• Salary for this role begins at £25,100 and will be based on experience.
• 39 hours a week working any 5 days from 7 including alternative weekends.
• 6am – 10pm – working approx. 8 hours daily.
• Flexibility on availability to be discussed during interviews.

You will need be comfortable working with various stakeholders from different functions, using influencing skills to achieve the best service for our customers.

Lead and develop a team of co-workers and build a confident team who strive for more. You will lead a team of co-workers to pick customer orders as part of our fulfilment operation.

Responsibility of looking after the welfare of co-workers in IKEA, supporting them through their career to set the right experience, and working with their development during their journey with IKEA. This will include developing co-workers, monitoring their performance, and taking those meaningful discussions around performance and welfare.

Communicate effectively with people from different positions and teams in the organisation and being responsible for communicating with co-workers during shift briefs, monthly meetings and individual 1:1s.

Conduct people-related meetings with your co-workers for processes such as absence and welcome back meetings, calculating scores and ensuring the right documentation is completed. Timekeeping of your co-workers and updating their schedules, entering holidays and other leave on ECW and KRONOS. Taking and managing difficult conversations with your co-workers if and when needed, and always with our IKEA values in mind.

Support your peer group and attend daily operational meetings and the wider management meeting.

Supporting operations and looking at resources and tasks, and completing tasks allocated by Warehouse Management to ensure the daily smooth running of the day-to-day Operation.
