Store Manager – GoGo Gadget

We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused and sales-driven Store Manager.

We are looking for someone who would relish the task of developing a new or existing sales orientated team, ensuring the customer engagement and experience is always at the forefront of your mind. You will ideally have a successful background of sales in a busy retail environment, leading from the front and motivating your team to achieve their goals whilst personally driving sales. You should be someone who has a strong work ethic, that is able to lead a team by example, and make confident decisions.

While working for us some of your duties will include;

• Working towards sales target to achieve bonus
• Reporting to the Operations Manager daily and producing weekly sales & stock reports.
• Monitoring staff targets and making sure they know their daily tasks.
• Stock taking and reporting discrepancy’s.
• Following daily banking procedures with opening and closing.
• Ensuring that the store looks visually presentable, tidy and clean.
• Leading by example so that all policies procedures are adhered to.
• Serving customers to the highest standards providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Dealing with customer complaints and issuing returns on faulty stock.
• Encouraging the team to up sell on products and drive sales to reach their targets and yours.

You must have full availability and be prepared to get stuck in, this isn’t a job where you will be sat at a desk doing paperwork, you need to be able to manage your time efficiently and lead by example on the shop floor.

Salary: Competitive

Sales Assistant Full-Time – GoGo Gadget

GoGo Gadget is looking for you to join the team as a Sales Assistant.

We hope you will be able to drive sales in the store while providing excellent customer service with a can do attitude. Ideally you would be looking to grow and further your career in retail with the potential to one day manage your own store. You should be able to work well in a team but also prove to be a good independent worker who is able to think on their feet.

Some of the tasks will include:

• Greeting customers who enter the shop.
• Key Holder responsibilities.
• Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
• Till duty’s.
• Answering queries from customers.
• Handling customer complaints/returns
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the Operations Manager.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean.
• Product demonstrations to assist with your sales target.
• Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.

We expect you to have excellent time keeping skills with full availability to meet the working hours of the shopping centre. We hope you are able to progress in this role to become a Supervisor or Assistant Manager
