REQUIRED COMPETENCIES Skating experience is a MUST.

• Minimum High School Education required.

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in Ice Rink or leisure operations and with customer service background.

• Ability to communicate clearly.

• Ability to work on a shifting schedule, flexible and willing to learn.

• Ability to deal in a firm and polite manner with customer and with positive, pleasant and helpful attitude.

Duties

• – Leadership and motivate team

• – Create Rotas

• – Communication Skills

• – Time and Project managment

• – Reporting: End of day catch up and keeping records

• – Ensure high level of customer service

• – Day to Day smooth running of event

• – Delivering a memorable experience for customers

• – Informing customers of our rink rules and regulations

• – Cash handling and enforcing financial system
