Working with creative organisations across the South, we offer apprenticeships to young people with a passion for the arts and culture.

Through an apprenticeship, young people have the opportunity to work, earn and learn at the same time. With the support of our Learning, Skills and Enterprise team, our apprentices develop the knowledge, skillset and hands on experience to thrive in creative organisations, within professional creative teams.

*Call to arts, cultural or heritage organisations across the South*
Would you like to give a young person the opportunity to start their career in the arts?

Artswork will support you in identifying new or existing job roles within your team that could be filled by an Apprentice receiving high quality training. We can help you build Apprenticeships into funding bids and diversify your workforce in line with Arts Council England’s Goal 5.

Shed light on the roles and responsibilities behind shows, exhibitions and events allowing school and college leavers’ to learn from your expertise and contribute their energy and insight to your projects – providing essential connectivity between your organisation and its younger audience!

Contact Anna Brown and /or Jane Mitchell of our Learning and Skills team to find out how you could get involved with our work-based learning programs, improve the life chances for a young person in your local area and develop your workforce in a cost effective way.
