No Limits is a leading youth services charity supporting children and young people across Southampton, Portsmouth, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic individual to join the service as Project Manager – Early Help and Mental Health Transitions, leading on the ongoing delivery and development of the service. 

Role terms

Starting salary: Band F – £33,616 to £38,575

Hours: 30 to 37 hours per week – happy to discuss

Role type: Permanent

Place of work: Hybrid – Southampton base, with occasional travel across Hampshire, and the opportunity for remote and home working

Essential car user: Yes –  will need to transport yourself and required resources around Hampshire

About the role

Based in our Health and Wellbeing team, you will be responsible for managing our Early Help projects, which includes our Southampton Health and Wellbeing school and college open-access team, Hampshire-based Smoking and Vaping awareness training, and our Hampshire 16-25 Mental Health Transitions service, managing partnerships in educational and clinical settings, and partner organisations. In this role, you will lead on the ongoing development and delivery of these projects / services, helping to improve outcomes for children and young people.

If you have knowledge and experience of working with children and young people, as well as people management, this this is the role for you!
