Assistant Manager – QUIZ

As Assistant Manager of our Quiz Store in Southampton, our ideal candidate will:

– be a successful Assistant Manager or Supervisor looking for their next challenge

– be sales focused and commercial with good retailing skills

– have a firm understanding of KPIs and how to drive them

– demonstrate effective planning and time management

– know your market customer type

– understand the key trends and identify customers’ needs, driving customer loyalty

– recruit the best people to deliver sales and service and convert sales

– manage performance effectively to ensure we train and develop the best people

Hours – 40 Hours over 5 days a week.
