Deputy Manager – QUIZ

40 hours per week over 5 days

As Assistant Manager of our Quiz Store in Southampton, our ideal candidate will:

• Be a successful Assistant Manager or Supervisor looking for their next challenge
• Be sales focused and commercial with good retailing skills
• Have a firm understanding of KPIs and how to drive them
• Demonstrate effective planning and time management
• Know your market customer type
• Understand the key trends and identify customers’ needs, driving customer loyalty
• Recruit the best people to deliver sales and service and convert sales
• Manage performance effectively to ensure we train and develop the best people
