Free Wellbeing at Work event
Business owners and employees are invited to the Southampton Mental Health Network’s free Wellbeing at Work event at West Quay Shopping Centre (event space) from 10am-3pm.
The event aims to promote positive workplace mental wellbeing for all while showing how it can be inexpensive, help increase productivity, reduce absenteeism and retain good people.
On the day you will be able to visit stalls and hear from expert speakers.
